What's For Dinner Tonight -- 2017 (homemade bread, beer, bourbon, frozen)

A neighbor gave us 2 freshly caught crabs this weekend, so it will be a seafood night! I'll make a garden salad and add a loaf of toasted garlic bread and our favorite butter sauce to dip the crab and that will be it.

Tonight we're having chicken cakes with remoulade sauce and Mollie Katzen's spinach mushroom mac and cheese with beer to which I'll be adding roasted cauliflower.

Whatever I can grab after my final.. I prepared by having a nice lunch of Texadelphia Veggie Philly Sandwich with fries.

Crockpot Mushroom stroganof with egg noodles. Home made apple sauce. Marinated cucumber and red onion salad.

I don't get on here as much as I'd like to anymore but I do enjoy seeing what everyone makes! I get lots of ideas from you all, thank you!

Tonight we're having baked salmon that was in a teriyaki marinade all day with broccoli and rice pilaf.

One. Of those fairly new Birds Eye skillet meals. Ours was the pork one. Couple slices of Texas toast, Compari tomatoes. Lemonade. Hubby: glass of beer .
Dessert - finished with a scoop of the Breyers chocolate fudge gelato [last of the container] and scoop of the pistachio biscotti gelato [new container].
