History Ohio food/cooking utensils/items/pantry question?
I am always looking up things about Cleveland Ohio. I saw a site about the first settler Lorenzo Carver pictures of his log cabin home. The picture of the hearth/fireside with cooking utensils. Can anyone shed some information on type of pans and what would they have cooked at the time?(Lorenzo Carver 1767-1814 d.)

This is a great place for eighteenth century supplies as well as some very interesting and informative videos. The primary focus of the videos is food. I've tried a number of these recipes and have been very impressed. They carry reprints of old cookbooks.
