So lucky--no cooking for you! I wish! So I am making some kind of chicken breasts with Panko crumbs. I am frying the chicken breasts as Lasey has advised me. I don't really care how or if they even turn out OK. I am sure they will be great if Lasey says so....but as far as pleasing hubbie--I really do not care at this point. If it fills him, so be it!! Guess you can all tell my mood---it happens! Will post tomorrow how it all turned out.

Our chicken is in a pineapple teriyaki marinade -- then going to top them with diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and we are having sesame chicken flavored rice on the side -- from a box (the horror!! ha ha ha)

Spaghetti w/meat sauce. it's quick and simple, and I can make it even though I'm still not feeling up to par.

I was so sick of everything! You know when nothing sounds good? I didn't want chinese, japanese, steak, chicken, italian, pizza, mexican....soooooooooooooo I opted for Indian! I havn't had any for such a long time.

So for din din I had Bam Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka, Alu Gobhi with rice!

My taste buds were like thank you! I needed something totally different.

Tonight will be goulash time. I always take a mixture of both pork and beef. I'll probably have spaghetti along with the goulash and DH will want some potatoes.

Oh I love Alu Gobhi! I made it a while ago from the recipe on the Bend It Like Beckham DVD. The director added a whole cooking segment to the extras package. It was divine and really simple to make!

Tonight we're having Red Lentil and spinach soup that I made from scratch this afternoon and I'm mightily pleased with the results!
