Happy Birthday Debsi.

If hubby goes to store early today then it'll be beef stroganoff. If he doesn't will just have steak and mashed potatoes.

Oh that sounds awful Molochai. Your doctor is transferring you because you are beyond his expertise and is sending you to a specialist, or is he afraid of a lawsuit because he didn't do a good job?

Find yourself the best surgeon around no matter what!

Hummmm....just read the rest of the posts. You were treated at Mayo Clinic? In Rochester? This doctor is probably transferring you to a further sub-specialty surgeon then. Mayo is one of the best in the world.

Somebody sent me a link today with pictures of 9/11. Said these had just been recently unclassified. ???. I thought about posting the link here for everyone but then decided not to. They are so depressing and bring back terrible memories. Those towers were in my home state. All that devastation. Just awful!

Well.....any Costco shoppers? I bought a package of cannelonis - cheese and asparagus filled. You can bake them or microwave. Put whatever sauce you like. They come 12 in a pack so I made 6 with marinara and 6 with alfredo sauce and we BBQd some chicken breasts. YYUUUMMMMYYYYYY and SO easy! My kind of cooking.

Today I feel very proud! Some of the most beautiful colors were waving in the breeze. RED WHITE AND BLUE. God Bless the USA.

Better now Had a nice conversation with mom
I wanted to surprise HUB with Pepper steak and egg sub. I cooked the pepper stk and put it through the food processor. Scrambled eggs and melted mozz chs over top. This all went into crusty bread and I made a tomato, onion, and dill pickle relish to top the SUB. This had to be served with wet fries (brown gravy and fries).

Elston as always thank you.
SKBS hope your feeling better
Lacey you are wonderful

Lazy tonight, my right shoulder is killing me (surgury 4 months ago) so it was fried potatoes and eggs and at the last minute I decided to throw in some fresh spinach... Not bad at all!!! I did make rice krispie treats though.

GOOD NEWS!!!!! My sister... who is into alternative med... told my mom via phone all of the pressure points to focus on and she gave me three massages today... I just have the best mother in the world... I feel so good right now... It is the best I have felt in 10 days... no joke... I am hoping once I get my nightly dose in my system and a good nights rest... this is gone... I feel so good right now...

As for dinner it was delicious... had Irish Nachos, a salad and my favorite Chicken French... but the meds I am on make me not so hungry so I made sure to try a nibble of everything and hubby has a very nice lunch for tomorrow... I was able to have a bite of pecan pie... but that was all I could do was a bite... but it made me happy
