Tonight I will take boneless skinless chicken breast, pound them and put a little horseradish sauce then fat free cream cheese then broccoli spears..... dip them in panko bread crumbs, roll it and bake them.

Time for some carrots and I'll make some baked potatoes for hubbie.

Cyn...............that is a really long day for you. Be careful.

Everyone else, enjoy your day!!!!!!!!!!

Horray!!!! I only had to drive her to her Dr. and then back home. Still was 120 miles this AM but I'm done and home now. I guess their realitor is going to take her to sign for the house this afternoon---yippie! So I'm home and looking at some nice pork steaks for dinner. Hopefully to BBQ but the weather doesn't look good for this afternoon and evening. We'll see. With the pork steaks I will make some stewed apples, peas and sweet potatoes.

I made it home early and out of a guilt trip about raiding the hurricane supplies I stopped and bought some peas & pearl onions and a box of cauliflower with cheese sauce to go with our steak. With a pitcher of sweet tea and the choclolate pudding we're set for the evening thunderstorms.

Yum Pork steaks. I am drooling.

Well I decided to make a meatloaf in the crockpot. Got a question for all my foodie friends. The recipe has you put sliced potatos and carrots in the bottom of the pan and then put the meatloaf on top. NO LIQUID.

Now I made the loaf out of turkey meat instead of the ground beef. Do you think I should add some liquid to the bottom of the pan? Help!!!!
