morning! Had beef tips over rice last night with hot dinner rolls and steamed
beet greens from the garden. Not sure yet about tonight. The bug inspector
(termite) is coming today(this should be the last of the "inspections".) Packed
alot of stuff over the weekend. If I'm not careful, I'll have no clothes for my
last few weeks of work--25 days to go.Looks like we'll be heading to Houston first to say goodbye to our best friends before we head north.

Yummie, grilling. Although we've had several bbq's already I can't resist grilled food.

Here it'll be Chinese night. Will cook some Basmati rice along with lots of veggies (cauliflower, brokkoli, carrots, cabbage, sweet peas) and chili sauce.

I'm one of those people for whom breakfast is coffee but I miss what are generally regarded as 'breakfast' foods. It's time for 'Breakfast for Dinner' week

Tonight will be French Toast and sausage links.
