Put back in oven and cook for one more hour.. Baste occasionally.

You can use any size pork tenderloin just adjust your cooking time. 30 minutes to the pound @325.

Sooooooo good!

Late to the pork tenderloin party, but I like to put it in a baking dish atop sliced apples and onions, pour in some apple cider, sprinkle with nutmeg and/or cinnamon, and bake.

Broiled chicken tonight. Nothing exciting ...

Morning all....didn't cook last night had nachos. Yum!!! Tonight in honor of middle son's eleventh birthday we are having the meal of his choice. Pork chops, applesauce, mashed potatos and peas. And of course cake, lots of cake. He chose lemon. So box cake it is. (I've tried to make a lemon cake from scratch and it totally bombed so nothing fancy today)

Do you make your own meatballs? And when you say "cream-sauce" what exactly do you mean? I sure would love it if you could share your recipe with us here--I love meatballs but mine just don't turn out very well!!

Good morning everyone! I took chicken out for dinner tonite. I'll either make chicken w/rice or chicken parm.

My daughters friend was killed in a fire early this morning so I don't know how much I'll be on today - depending if I need to go get her from school or now. Everyone say a prayer....he was 14 and he ran back in to save his mother. They both died.
