Mine would have to be fried chicken gravy followed closely by hamburger gravy. Either goes well with potatoes or bread.

I love turkey gravy.....so rich and buttery (maybe, because I baste with butter!)...but that's my favorite.

I pretty much like ALL gravies...ANYTHING is better with gravy! I love roast beef gravy on plain bread!

I am not a fan of gravy. I like the tastes of many gravies but seriously, the thought of it being made primarily from grease grosses me out a bit. I suppose turkey gravy would be good for me, because turkey puts off more juices than greases..... I don't know.

Which gravy do I make best? A brown gravy, from beef.

I love turkey or chicken gravy, homemade. I use a gravy separator which separates the fat from the broth, so that the gravy is not overly "greasy".

I'm not a big gravy person. It's about the only fattening thing I can think of I don't like. LOL!!! But I do like cream gravy on chicken fried steak, especially at one local place that makes jalapeno cream gravy. It's wonderful. I also like gravy I make from the juices of a good roast. Most of the time, I will just pass on the gravy.
