Where's Mexican? In my circle, that is the #1 choice! I personally prefer Italian, but it's not as popular here. I also like Indian - that's not on your list either!
I'm SURE someone has asked this, but I didn't feel like reading through 7 pages of responses. But Outback is "good ol' American food"? Really? It's a theme restaurant loosely based on Australian food.
I need to expand my experience with food. What is your favorite authentic ethnic food and dish? I enjoy Mexican food, Vietnamese food, Laotian food but my all time favorite is Thai, especially Red Curry dish. It is to die for.
I have limited experience when it comes to European or and zero Middle Eastern food. I would love to give some dishes a try. So tell me, what is your favorite ethnic food and dishes?
I love middle eastern food, falafels ( chickpea & cilanto patties/balls) are one of my favorites, I also like the meat kebabs, I also love Thai, & Indian curry dishes, Chinese I am not so fond of. What region of Europe are you talking about, most European food is similar to straight American. ( alot of meat & potatoes)

this topic has been discussed on here more than once, but you probably didn't realize it as it looks like you are new to CD.
For me, I guess my very favorite is Asian or maybe Mexican. It is hard to choose. The one I do not care for is Cajun. I haven't had a lot of Indian food, but what I have had is ok, just not at the top of my list and I find German food a bit boring because I am a lover of spicy flavors. I do like French food and Italian.
It depends on my mood and circumstances. Chines3 would be at the top of the list, and us my go to takeout. Thai, Vietnamese - love them (try the Thai green curry, btw). Asian noodles and dumplings of ANY variety.
Italian - yes, but I DO most if that had home (except carnbonara).
Mexican - I'm totally spoiled from years of l8ving in Phoenix and Mexico.
Italian beef- food of the gods.
I like Greek and middle eastern and Indian and sushi (ocasionally). DH not a fan.
OP try Korean.
