I want to try all of the ethnic foods that are listed. So far I LOVE Thai/Vietnamese, but I haven't tried Korean food yet. I'm hoping to get some for my 21st birthday. My friend's mom make some good and real Mexican food which I love! I ate mediterranean food the other day and I kinda had a hard time eating their food. Not because it's not good but it's really bland (according to my taste). I heard that Korean food are pretty bland as well.

So hard to put my favorites in order, especially because the order changes based on mood, day, emotional state, weather, stock market, politics... So in no particular order here goes... Indian, Mexican (not Tex-Mex), Spanish (different than Mexican incidentally), Italian, Turkish is amazing, so is Iranian (you have to try fassinjan), Vietnamese, some Carribean type cuisines, Lebanese/Greek, caveman food (simply seasoned meat cooked over open flame)

Great picks.. Impossible for me to choose one, so in no particular order

Turkish, Lebanese/Syrian, Persian, Greek, Morroccan, Italian and I always love a good style BBQ & Steak (whether it's American, Argentinian or who cares).

I enjoy mexican food, probably due to the vast availability in my location. I also love Italian because cheese is the best thing in the whole wide world.
