The first article is totally amazing. Several months ago I had posted the question on the Florida forum that I had heard that if you offer in the area of something like 25%, you would have a starting point for dealing on a home. Well, the thread eventually ended up in "Other Topics" or somewhere because it was considered a national issue. Before it was moved, several of the posters said they'd be insulted and wouldn't even respond to such an offer. It looks like things are now at that point. Wow, a 30% reduction~bet that couple is somewhat happy.
