Ft. Myers is pretty black but Ft. Myers is just a small area of Lee County. In fact, Ft. Myers is more of a neighborhood in my eyes than a city. Lee county is so chopped up between bonita, lehigh, cape coral, ft. myers, n. ft. myers, s. ft. myers, sanibel, captiva, and ft. myers beach. Ft. Myers and lehigh are a little "rough" but the other areas are just fine. Look into Estero. It plans growth smarter than other areas and has some good quality developments going in. Its south of ft. myers and north of bonita.

The gulf access homes are pretty high, over 4k-8k. Crazy market!
Um take a look at St. Tropez! Its lit up like a christams tree at night. Beau Rivage is getting more residents as well. Just give them time. They will fill up! I am downtown quite often and I always see people at the sales centers. I also know individuals who live in those towers who say they are getting new residents.
