Neither do corporations/industrialists or those subservient to special interest groups, unless living one sees living in an oligarchy minus personal financial gain somehow advantageous.

The golden rule, whoever has the gold makes the rules....

This is true in many countries, not just in the US

Which both parties are equally guilty of conceding to special interests, big donors and or corporations

Or you could just... Move to Mississippi, Missouri, or Kansas. Strange concept. Especially when it comes to Florida transplants.

Plus you get more relief up there as summers in the northern Gulf coast don't last as long as they do in SWFl.

Seems the last few years here summer starts in early April and last until the end of Oct. Except this year it was hot in April and we got well below normal weather in early May. Hell, the last two years around Christmas it was around 90 degrees.

Putman is a decent man, I don't like corrupt red neck or rich criminal GOP, such as the greasy crook rick Scott. There are some dogs in the democrats too. Shultz fo example. Putnam is a Floridian and ok as agriculture. Ultimately he will tow the standard corporate rump kissing line to benefit himself and GOP swine agenda.

Remember if it wasn't on the ballot the minimum wage would never he higher than the federal minimum wage of $7.25 a hour. The GOP makes sure after that vote it will be harder to get amendments on the ballot. Regardless of what the population votes for like high speed rail.o

I would and will vote for Christ. Hes likely not much as always but.

All of well off retirees living in the villages safe with your baby boomer provided company pensions and generous benefits you had back in Wisconsin , well you got yours and you'll be darned if anyone can get theirs. The pearly gates are calling, I can't wait for your trip, have a safe ride.

Lol..... It's not that awful. Detroit and Chicago are cesspools and cali is hemorrhaging the middle class. Minimum wage probably goes farther rent wise here
