NEW SALEM, Pa. - State police have charged a southwestern Pennsylvania teen with branding a friend using heated metal objects because the boys thought it was "cool."
Trooper James Pierce, of the Uniontown Barracks, says Tuesday he filed one count of illegal tattooing and body piercing against a 15-year-old New Salem boy with Fayette County juvenile probation officials.
To the courts over that? What a-hole lazy and stupid parents. Its not like the kid was tied down. What ever happened to getting grounded for being a big dummy and banning a friend?
Sounds like the kids are "branded for life". The story is incomplete. No comments from either teen or if it was ok by the branded.
What are they gonna pin on the "brander"? Operating without a license? Just BS.
The whimp parents should handle it.
