IMO that’s like telling somebody you’re fat or you have ugly clothes. I just couldn’t do it…even if I thought it. It just seems mean IMO…like you want to hurt the person. She already is walking around with lashes falling off her face.
Caterpillar lashes or cat tail lashes seem to be the fad in my area for the 20 something crowd. Depending on their facial proportions, they look dramatically stunning. More a night life look , not for the office atmosphere.
Most of us middle age , tone it down and utilize the subtle lashes (on rare occasions)
I've been wearing fake eyelashes for probably 20 years and love them. I don't care what anyone else thinks about them.
I get a gel manicure and pedicure every two weeks. I don't care for the long ones. I've always had red nails, sometimes I'll go black or white but never anything else.
I personally don't get the eyelash craze but I guess I'm on the low maintenance side. There are are lash extension places everywhere. I couldn't be bothered but clearly many women (maybe men too) are.
Some fake eyelashes if not extreme can be attractive, same with the nails. If the nails are so long that it's obvious that they would hinder personal hygiene, it's not attractive. And what's the deal with the pointed nails? SMH LOL.
Dish soap destroys natural nails. My nails are not even long but one 20 minute session of washing dishes and a day later those cracks that lead to hang nails.
While I don't have fake nails anymore (NEVER had them really long though), I do have lash extensions and I love them.
Contrary to popular belief, they do not mess up my natural lashes at all. When a lash or two comes off, my own lashes are right there underneath. I like the way my eyes look with them on and it saves me time putting on makeup
I will say that they look like my own lashes, just a little longer and fuller. Nothing dramatic, but there is a subtle difference.
