I am admirer of beautiful females. Can't help, love that wonder of nature.
In this particular case, if it's aesthetically pleasing - sure, I'd enjoy shapely legs. Marlene Dietrich was older than that and is said to have standard of beautiful legs forever.
But. That infamous but. Will I take that female with respect? No. Heck, no.
There are women in their twenties who shouldn't wear miniskirts. Depends on your body. You could also wear boots and/or tights depending on weather to give you a less naked look.
