I think it is suitable for anyone without hips. That wide waistband is the reason.
It seems to be very sheer also... what will you wear under it?
Is hand wash okay with you?
I tend to prefer cotton in the summer.

I use the delicate setting on my washing machine. I bought it online so if it seems I can "see" through it when trying it on, I will return it back to Kohls in the store.
