I have always heard that dark eye circles are worse with allergies. I agree that concealer or foundation can camouflage them.

Zyrtec reduces under eye darkness a bit only for those who get it from allergies. You'll have to take it for a few days.


It does nothing for bags under the eye tho, which obviously are different from dark rings.

It's a pretty simple surgery. Got rid of mine.

A mild witch hazel solution might do the trick. You could try Thayers alcohol-free unscented witch hazel toner or you could try Thayers rose petal witch hazel with aloe vera. Gently pat some on just the baggy skin area under the eyes.
