Body shop. They carry types of products BBW don't. BBW just seems to have perfume and shower gel and scented hand sanitizers!
Too bad there is no BS in my area.

I occasionally shop at both, but I do have a particular affinity for body shop. LOVE my satsuma body polish, among other things. I also like how their scents are very simple. You read the scent and know exactly what you are getting, as opposed to B&BW where it's just some fancy name. I do have plenty of B&BW products, and I like those as well. The Body Shop ones just feel more luxurious yet simple to me.

I like the scents from bath and body works, but honestly, they're poorly made. I used to layer specific scents (body wash + lotion + body mist/perfume) and still, the scent evaporates. The only exception to this is the winter scent, cashmere glow. The remainder of the scents have NO staying power.

And many of their scents smell the same....no complexity at all.

At this point, I no longer purchase any of their body products. However, the wall plug bulbs are a different venue that I'm exploring b/c I love coming into my apartment and have a wonderful smell in the air when I walk in. I'll see...

Can anyone recommend a scent from either The Body Show of B & BW?

I'm looking for something that's very light and clean smelling. Fresh and not too fruity or "perfumey."
