I know many people have varying viewpoints about this topic, but I wanted to give myself a special gift for my upcoming 27th B-Day.

I'd like to become a 32D. Does anyone have implants? Are you happy with them? -Any regrets?

My body type is thin, so unfortunately I have very small breasts (32b).

How much do they cost?

Do you have an emergency fund set up?

I have a professional job and earn a good income. I do not have to borrow for my implants, I can take it directly out of my savings. The total operation will cost ~8K.

I plan to get Saline, just to be on the safe side. It's not really for show; i'm already thin, I just want big tatas.

You will probably be able to find some guy who likes fake breasts, if that's what you are looking for.

Most guys will lie online and speak badly about women with implants, but in real life, the majority do not care, if anything, I think many guys prefer them.

I met/started dating a nice lady that had a "surprise" for me after disappearing for a couple of months.

Based on that limited experience I'd suggest you upgrade one letter size at a time, particularly if you're quite slim.
It's apparently pretty hard on balance and the back muscles until they get used to the change.

You can always go larger, but remember the back strain, not to mention the shock to workmates.

I have a friend who got implants. She went from a 32A to a 32D. She was very sore after the operation...it was about a month before she could lift her arms up to her shoulders, and longer than that before the kids could hug her again. But she gained a ton of self-confidence from her new boobs. It's been a few years and she's still very pleased.
