I think the number one thing that starts wrinkles on people is smoking. I know people who have smoked for the last 25 years plus and they are very lined whereas I am not. Smoking just dries you out. Of course the sun does too and other factors like diet, heredity will cause wrinles but I think smoking is a big cause.

I'm a 22 year old guy (almost 23) and have just started noticing that I'm developing some wrinkes on my forehead, though everywhere else is fine. Might just partly be genetics, but I have also been bad in the past about taking care of my skin and am also not getting enough sleep lately due to work. I also probably drank too much my last couple years of college
I've been trying to go to bed earlier though, and also started using moisturizer so hopefully this'll help things. Also I don't think men are generally as concerned about wrinkles as women...
Anyone else here get wrinkles in their early 20's?
There is no specific age at which wrinkles start to appear. I would guess that for most people, wrinkles tend to form starting from their mid 30s onwards. I know that for me, it started at age 36. That's when I first started noticing creases on my face that weren't there before.
But of course, various factors come into play: genetics, skin color, skin care, sun exposure, free radical damage, substance abuse, etc.
