My signs of aging?

Greys at age 17. The number is gradually increasing. I have a few dozen now. Maybe more. My hair is black so they are noticeable.

My skin doesn't "bounce back" quickly from marks. I get random dry spots and other thins that cause discoloration.

Laugh/smile/frown lines

Dark circles and bags.

You are only as old as you feel.....

if you are worried about aging at 23 believe me you will age must faster than if you just decide to live your life to the fullest each day.

If you wake up in the morning-----you are aging. Are you seriously thinking you can live a full life without changing your appearances. you need a dose of reality sweetheart. or as we say here in the South "Well, bless your heart."

You start finding the pairing of black dress socks and brown sandles look good together.

Those huge hawian shirts start becoming more and more appealing

Those colorful sun visors will become your everyday wear while it's summer

You start telling the weather by the aches and pains in your body

You inadvertly start making your pilgrimage to Florida

Every music besides the music you grew up listening to is just noise and too loud for your taste

Shuffle board and bridge becomes your favorite pasttime

You celebrate every gray hair that you get

Tai-chi, yoga, and walking are the sports of preference

You start venturing to the shape-less clothing section

You start buying "soft" foods

You call everyone young man or young lady

Your talk about your declinging bodily function to everyone that has an ear

You start wearing big broaches

Going 55 mph is fast enough

You have to ask someone to repeat themselves at the bare minimum of 5 times

Bengay is an everyday ointment

Your prescribed medication bottles starts increasing

And peppermint is the candy of choice

*Hope this made someone of yall smile* Don't worry about aging ma'am, just be glad, most people don't make it past a certain age, and take care of your body; inside and out, and enjoy life.

Why would you even worry about whether people think you're old or young? It's so unimportant what other people think. Their opinion simply does not matter in the least.
