TBH I have seen more black women with huge butts compared to white women, but I've seen white women with booties too... Not huge, but definitely bigger than the stereotypical pancake booty(i.e. bubble butts), there were plenty of white girls I went to high school with bubble butts, especially volley ball players, and other white girls that were in athletics, they always had toned legs and butts that stuck out. No they weren't huge, and they weren't ghetto booties, but then again most white women aren't going for that look anyway. I know far more black women trying to get thick(i.e. bigger butts), and far more white women trying to lose weight to be slim. White women don't want huge butts.
Funny thing is my "so" was saying this a few years ago(that he noticed that there were more WW with bigger a**** than ever before)--so the OP isn't the only one noticing it.

On Makemeheal.com there are a lot of white women with non-existent booties going overseas to get butt implants. Its a huge improvement compared to what they had before

No. There is no way a white woman could possibly have a butt like a black womans. This is of course, because white women do not have asses. They do not have lips.
They only strive to be as good as black women so they have to go overseas to get implants. It is only then that we are good enough.
