That (toddlers with a load in their diapers) is funny, and so true. Now I have a new way to look at them, other than just seeing them as homeless, drugged-out individuals who are psychotic enough to run around with their underwear out.

I saw a homeless man taking a crap underneath an overpass. He didn't even have pants ON.
As I said, if women were wearing open blouses showing their bra, I'd react the same way. Why are SOME (not all) males showing their underwear to the public, and to other males? The question still stands. This has nothing to do with fashion. This has to do with males showing their underwear to the general public, and choosing to wear their pants so that they fall off their body and onto the ground.

i saw a over weight guy with thesse sagging big leg pants OMG how sad and gross looking and he thought he was fly with his ghetto out dated look with a mega big baseball cap and big brim...... he looked like he was a latino gang banger and was over 30 and had some metal teeth for accessories.

Well, then you must be exhausted when you go out in public. Why do you care why males dress the way they do? Why does it have to make sense to you in order for it to be acceptable? Just because you take issue with it doesn't mean it's going to stop. Stop judging the way people dress and move on with your life.
Nah. I don't get exhausted looking at ridiculous people. I had a question: Are men who show their boxer shorts in public enjoying the fact that other men are looking at their buttocks? I also happen to think these men look unkempt and rather more like Bozo the Clown than anything else. Ridiculous people. I'm grateful I don't look that way, though, so in that regard, they make me quite happy.
