I was just curious......how many of you purchase luxury brand handbags online?
For me, when it comes to luxury e-commerce or online shopping....its all about "discounts!"
Do many of you buy products online with full price?

Default What to do if you bought a fake bag?

This is meant to be a resource for if you bought a fake bag online, a retail store, or using a credit card.

1. Verify it is fake. Do you know it is fake for sure? How? Can you provide evidence?
2. Contact the seller and try to work things out amicably
3. If you have not received a refund by now, call your credit card or file a dispute
4. Have your bag authenticated by shops and they can fax certification letters and send one to you
5. Take down info on everything! Take pictures, print pictures from the site, try not to touch the bag too much (finger prints in case it goes to court)
6. Have a letter notorized to prove the bag you bought is from the place/seller you say it is (for court)

I have bought from retailers and a few on eBay. However the last Dooney bag I got from eBay, I thought might be fake. I called D&B to talk about it. They have me 90% reassured it is authentic. Will not buy from eBay again(designer bag). D&B wanted too much for me to send it to them for authentication.
