Well, that's selective breeding. You keep taking the fittest males to breed and then repeat with fittest offspring. Years of that will have an effect. I'm only speaking about Black Americans in this respect.

This applies to African Americans more than all blacks. I believe he touches on larger slaves being "bred" more (it pains me to type that). He also talks about how smart blacks were killed and I think he connects it to affirmative action (not 100% sure).

Actually, in the US, white men are (on average) slightly taller than black men.
My question is this: Who really cares if one race is considered more attractive than others, on average? What difference does that make to me as an individual?
