I'll have to break it down:

Outdoors: Bicycling, all kinds. Have tried road, mountain, track, and cyclocross and love all of it

Indoors/gym: Rowing. Hurts so good!

Running and spin classes. I'm still just getting started with swimming.

Kickboxing. I hate machines; would much rather prefer to workout to exercise dvds in my home.

Biking and occasional running. I don't run often because it kills my knees. I bike all over, long distances and mountain biking. I also like martial arts for cardio. Taekwondo is a great workout.

I did this for the first time not long ago and have to admit it's pretty fun and can be EXHAUSTING.

Plus the little games on the Concept II rowers are a nice distraction.
