What are your favorite Sport Supplements? Do you stack them? One more question, do you feel they work on you?

Whey protein isolate, a slow release protein, BCAAs, l-glutamine. I orded GABA & ZMA today. I stack the BCAAs with l glutamine, l carnitine, & green tea as a pre workout drink. When I get the GABA & ZMA I'll stack those with my slow release protein before I go to bed.

I use a couple of different protein powders. I'll drink a glass of whey protein after getting home from the gym. It digests quickly and gets protein to your muscles to help start recovery.

At night, I drink a glass of casein protein. It's the slowest digesting protein and feeds your muscles overnight as you sleep. It also makes a great nighttime snack replacement.

I've tried creatine, but it didn't seem to do much. As for the other supplements, I just don't buy into their hype and don't really see the benefits for how much they cost.

i make my own protein shake blend using skim milk powder, NOW whey isolate, istant coffee and nestle quick. however, when this bag of whey protein is done i will just be doing they skim milk powder after a work out. that will be the only sports supplement.

i generally believe they are a waste of money.

That's not an ingestible supplement...but the OP didn't really specify the type of "supplement, did he? I totally agree with it being a necessity
