I have recently started taking a vitamin that has also caffeine in it. While it gives me a lot of energy, I believe it may also be causing my blood sugar to drop. I am finding I need to eat more often and I can feel the effects of the sugar when it starts to drop. I really like taking these vitamins. Is there anything I can do to help keep my sugar stable while taking them though?
