this isnt a sports supplement, but its the best supplement i take and i think it is also a contributor to a healthier and better looking body. that would be whole psyllium husk. its the same ingredient as metamucil but not grinded down into a thin powder. its like swallowing little wood chips but it makes me poop like a champ. it is my most recommended supplement to everyone and i think nobody has actually started using it based on my recommendation (which is sad).
Protein, BCAA's, fish oil, potassium, ALA, l-glutamine, glucosamine/MSM - yes, without I am way exhausted & have a slower recovery
Not sure what you mean by "stacking"....
Stacking is a term that I first heard in the early 2000's. It basically means taking more than two supplements together as part of a larger supplement regimen and by together I don't necessarily mean at the same time but in a combined way. In other words each supplement works in conjunction with the others to produce a stack of nutritional supplements that give better results.

Thanks! Yes, I do that. prepping for gym right now. Mixing bcca & l-glutamine for post workout.
That's not an ingestible supplement...but the OP didn't really specify the type of "supplement, did he? I totally agree with it being a necessity
My legs have been trashed all week from high intensity/volume Olympic lifting... 4x ice bath this week. I've got a giant paint bucket I take to an ice place, 2.50 for 20lbs of ice. I usually get about 30lbs for one bath.
