Is there a genuine possibility that Sarah Palin will the Republican candidate in 2012? She seems to get so much publicity that you couldn’t rule it out.

No. I doubt it. Republicans are generally stupid but not that stupid as to put Palin out there for 2012.

If she works real, real hard, maybe.

It seems this may be the dawning of the age of stupidity.

I could see her maybe throwing her hat in the ring and going through primary season for a little while, but eventually dropping out of the race. I'm not convinced she is genuinely interested in being president.

Default Will Sarah Palin be the Republican candidate in 2012

I doubt that she'll even be in the running.

I predict Texas gov Rick Perry will be the 2012 GOP nominee.

Well initially it was thought that she was anxious to insert herself in the national scene, and being the governor of Alaska prevented her from going on lots of talkshows, touring the country giving speeches, etc. But she could of done all that after finishing her term as governor. Now she's branded as a quitter. I think she likes the idea of being president, but not so sure she'd be really into the job.

Of course not.

Because he's a knucklehead who can appeal to the radical right. That's all the GOP seems to value recently.
