Sarah is qualified to be President if it comes to that
Saw Sarah in Raleigh on 11/1. She didn't use a teleprompter but spoke from the heart about things that matter to all of us. She has more experience than Obama for sure. Some of our best Presidents have been former governors who had no foreign policy experience. As a governor, you wouldn't have much FP experience but you do understand the economy, tax issues, education, etc., etc., etc.
So Obama is running on a platform that he is different from other politicians. Gee, when he ran for State Senate, he had all his other competition disqualified and thrown off the ballot. No wonder he won the seat. He is different in that he wants to take our great country towards socialism. If you want socialism, move to Europe, and then we will see how you like it. Obama says his mother had to fight with insurance companies the last few months of her life; well, under his plan, she would have to fight with the federal government. I'd rather go a round or two with the insurance companies as they are less bureaucratic than the feds (was one so I know).
McCain is a leader who has worked with both Reps. and Dems. for change. Obama hasn't written one major piece of legislation while in the Senate because he has been too busy trying to get elected as President. And, when he is in the house, he votes 'present' so he either doesn't understand the issues or can't make a decision. Well, that's not gonna work when you're President.
So, for all you left wing nuts, take a deep breath and drink a little more of that kool-aid.
so we should decide who is qualified based on experience?
I didn't say that. I guess no one can answer my question. Could that be because Obama has no experience? I am really trying to see why people think he has the experience to be president.

For all of you that keep spouting off about the "Obama kool aid", I find that highly offensive! As someone who remembers the Jonestown masacre, and all the fear and grief that it caused, that kool aid saying really is disgusting. And there's one thing thing you need to remember, those that partook of that koolaid, had guns pointed to their heads and didn't have a choice. How dare you equate, us having hope and wanting to turn this country around, not just for US, but for all Americans, to those who were FORCED to poison themselves and their children.
I think this is just another example of how your right winged, moral touting, holier than thou people try to get your point across, through fear and lies.
Governor Sara Palin is NOT running for President.
She is Senator John McCains pick for Vice President.
No, she is not running for President, but if God forbid, if something happened to McCain, she would step into that position. So, whether Palin would be a capable President, is a valid concern.
