MrBob:
I noticed you had no intelligent response to what I had to say about your savior Obama and his people. There is more to this campaign than the national debt - which is complex and is made up of both business and private debt. Wellfare also contributes to the national debt. So the more people you have out there taking advantage of the system - the more is is driving up the national debt.
You have to face that your candidate is a pretty shady guy. He has some really awesome friends and advisors.....I can name the others if you like: Tony Rezko, Bill Ayers and his horrible father, and Pastor J. Wright. I will name more if I need to.
MrBob - I am not trying to convert you to a Republican. I am trying to make you realize what is wrong with the things you are saying.
You are starting to sound like certain types of men - making the woman sound like she is all upset or has PMS - when she actually tries to have an intelligent debate. This just shows the actual size of your male brain. Nothing more.
Also, why would I want to leave my homeland, the greatest country in the world? In the US we are free to have our opinions and our freedom to make our dreams come true!! Even if Obama were to get elected, that would not stop Reps from working hard to take care of their families....the Dems can have the gov't pay for everything and turn this into a Socialist country (look up that word) and see what happens. We will continue to fight for the things that are right. Heaven forbid anything happen to Obama if he gets elected because you will be screwed if Biden gets in office!!!

Mom2My3,

Do me a favor - don't try to impress me with your great intellect - I'm beginning to regard you as nothing more than a die-hard, love-it-or-leave-it Republican. You have to be to support McCain.

Phil Gram is McCain's economic advisor - what does that tell you? Phil Gram is the one whose legislation weakened Glass-Steagal - which allowed banks to invest in very shady loans in the first place!! Phil Gram and his ilk never saw a business regulation they didn't want to dismantle - let the market be free to do what it will and it will benefit us all in the long-run - this week's events shed a big light on that big lie.

And most of McCain's other advisors are from lobbying firms. So let's not talk about advisors - they both have shady people on their staff.

I think Obama is the only true Change candidate - McCain will just take Bush's policies and extend and strengthen them. He's officially on record to extend further tax cuts to the rich and to corporations.. and to give virtually nothing to the middle class.

McCain is flip-flopping so much on issues nowadays that I would NEVER trust him. He speaks with forked-tongue and is running a smear campaign.

And for your information - I used to be a lifelong Republican until around '92. I didn't leave the party -it left me - and I'm never going back.

I still think Ron Paul would be the only pol. out there that could effectively fix this economic mess we are in. It's too bad that most Americans wrote him off as a nutcase.

Here he is on Glenn Beck the other night:

YouTube - Glenn Beck Interviews Ron Paul - Part 1

YouTube - Glenn Beck Interviews Ron Paul - Part 2

I'm voting for Obama, he's the better of the two choices in my opinion.

Forgot to mention...

Stop hiding behind the shield of 'sexism' that you imply above. If you can't discuss things without running for the politically-correct shelters, then just don't participate in the debate at all.

Funny thing - McCain's team has been trying to make mileage accusing anyone who questions Palin as VP with sexism... Guess you learned something from your candidate...

You are so funny! I only mentioned the male brain once in all of my many posts. All I have to say in repsonse to your latest post is:

1. Lobbyist Versus CEO (Fannie Mae)
2. Tony Rezko
3. Bill Ayers (and his father)
4. Reverand Wright

I am not hard-core. I am tired of Liberals playing the blame game all the time and not taking any responsibility. You people worship Clinton and he was the biggest joke we have ever had for a President.
You may be the one who will want to move to Holland or somewhere where Liberals can love freely...if you Obama gets ahold of this country.

"Those who would trade our freedom for the soup kitchen of the welfare state have told us they have a Utopian solution of peace without victory they call their policy accommodation and they say if only we avoid any direct confrontation with the enemy he'll forget his evil ways and learn to love us. All who oppose them are indicted as war mongers. They say we offer simple answers to complex problems."

Ronald Reagan

They will label you anything that isn't popular. By any means a foot in the door is one step closer to destruction of your freedoms. To bad they have reached several 100 feet in already.

[quote=ian6479;5347369]OK, enough is enough!

All I have to say to you is - Lobbyist versus CEO (2 of them!!!) There is a big difference. Raines is an Obama advisor!!! Where are you getting your info? I will look it up.
Please tell me...since you are so knowledgeable about your Candidate...what are his real accomplishments? Has he ever voted for anything of substance as a senator....you can't count voting "present." The man has been running for president longer than he has been in the senate. What makes him qualified to be President of the Free World? Somehow, Dems are never able to answer this question. You can only use the word "change" so many times. I don't want to hear what he is "promising" - I want to hear what he has already done for the US citizens that makes his qualified to be President!!!!! Tell me!!

All I have to say in response to your latest post is:

1. Get used to saying President Obama
2. Get used to the Bush Tax cuts for the rich being rolled back
3. Get used to increased government spending on our infrastructure
4. I'd take Bill Clinton over Dubya as president any day of the week. Hell, I'd give him his own harem in the West Wing if it would bring him back!!

I've been to Holland - Amsterdam was nice - the red-light district had it's interesting features - but I wouldn't chose to live there...

The "No Regulation" Republicans couldn't have more egg on their face than they do. And McCain, 'Mr Deregulation', is one of their leading egg heads...

I think by November we will surely be in a deep recession - and the chances of McCain winning the White House will be low...

Who would trust a Republican to right the economy???

One would have to have amnesia around the past 7.5 years for anyone to be that dumb.

if you want trouble like the great depression, then vote Obama,
Mccain gets my vote!

Talking I understand the fundamentals of the economy too...

MrBob, you don't have to graduate from Cornell to understand the fundamentals of the economy or realize that applying tons of Regulations IS NOT the answer to repairing the economy either. I'm sure you can remember the days of Jimmy Carter? That was a super economy under the Liberal Regulators huh?

Honestly with Obama, it doesn't matter anyway, I would NEVER vote for a guy with so many affiliations with Extremist, to name a few such as:

1) Rev. Jeremiah Wright -racist and hates white America but in the closet
2) Louis Farrakhan-racist and hates white America admittedly
(both admitted friends of Libya's Dictator Omar Qadhafi)

3) Bill Ayers (Terrorist Weather Underground)- Domestic Terriorist
4) Bernardine Dohrn (Terrorist Weather Underground)- Domestic Terriorist

But the Liberal Press doesn't advertise this like they would IF John Mcain had affiliations with "David Duke" a former KKK member who supposedly changed his ways and turned congressman.

The Press would be all over Mcain and rightfully so, but Obama the Terrorist gets a free pass.

Saying that he was ONLY aquaintances and does not have the same views as his Extremist friends is ridiculous!

I hope America doesn't believe Obama's line of crap, the man doesn't even have but 2 years experience as a Senator and before being a Senator he was a Community Organizer, what a joke!

But I do respect the right of every citizen of the Country to vote how they choose and with that being said, God help us... and God Bless America
