Yes, tina fey has done a lot. She is undeniably incredibly talented, and hard working.
I totally agree with you. She didn't get her job based on her husbands popularity, or the fact that her husband had the job first.
She didn't get her job because she promised lorne michaels change and hope for the future of snl --- she delivered.
Perhaps tina fey should be running on a third pary ticket?

Nice of SNL to keep a front runner alive. Notice that the other portrayal was that of someone who already dropped out of the 2008 contest.
