I know the Cicilline numbers Are accurate, i've seen them someplace Else and The last Chafee poll before this one ( it's a few months old) had him below 30%. I do think those Obama numbers are low but they are the latest ones I could find.

There are a few scenarios that come down to 4, 7 electoral votes...IF the election is close.

Every point matters and the democrats START OUT the election behind 14 electoral votes from 2008. That's how many they lost from redistricting.

Had Gore carried NH (4 votes) he would have been President in 2000.

Yes, 4 votes means a lot.

What else I think this poll shows is the fractured Democratic support of the President goes beyond the Republican states of AK, KY, and WV, but extends across the country which could possibly come up as a problem come November, although he has nearly 6 months to fix that.
