"Rick Santorum’s voting record reflects his rejection of small government. See for yourself."

What a Big Government Conservative Looks Like | RedState

Because the candidates keep getting social conservative questions, Rick Santorum comes off like some big conservative. But take a look at how he's voted! My God, he's voted wrong on just about every big issue! Scroll past the column to see his votes on things like the NEA, Nominations, Labor, taxes, guns, welfare, etc.

Here's just a few examples of the numerous Santorum votes cited:

Voted against food stamp reform.
Voted twice for internet taxes.
Voted twice for a Congressional payraise.
Voted to impose a uniform Federal mandate on states to force them to allow convicted rapits, arsonists, drug kingpins, and all other ex-convicts to vote in Federal elections.
Voted to increase spending for the Department of Education by $3.1 billion.
Voted against transferring $20 million from Americorps to veterans.
Voted to allow gas tax revenues to be used to subsidize Amtrak.
Sponsored an amendment to increase Amtrak funds by $550 million
Voted against a flat tax.
Voted to allow illegal immigrants to receive the earned income credit before becoming citizens.
Voted to raid Social Security instead of using surpluses to pay down the debt.
Voted against hiring an additional 1,000 border partrol agents, paid for by reductions in state grants.

Yikes, there's a campaign anti-Santorum TV ad right there!

RP is a solid 2nd in NH and is only gaining momentum. Why would you say he has no chance?

When the Sun is shining outdoors...I can SEE IT!

Can you?

Ron Paul, has no chance. The man is a 2012 Ross Perot. Excites 20%, tops....of the people. - Scares the hell outta the other 80%.

This is not 'Rocket Science,' pal!

But, more proof...Wait til tomorrow night. Then, if you choose...like many here...go bury your head in the sand....AGAIN!!

I think you WANT him to have no chance, as evidenced in your "Perot" comment. 1992 was GHWB's to lose and no one helped him lose but GHWB and his NWO/"read my lips" comments.

Oh I do hope Frothy gets the nomination. It will be a lot of fun to watch Frothy shafting the ignorant and self-righteous "conservatives" up their orifices till they bleed.

Cite?

Let Intrade in on your findings. Their experts seem to believe there's some chance.

Your confirmation bias is showing.

I'm wasting "your" time because if a simple thing like his voting record came out when he was in Iowa, he wouldn't even be competing now. He'd be out of favor and out of money. The question is why the non-Romney candidates didn't bother to shine a light on it. It's not like your voting record is so hard to dig up. We know why Romney wants ALL of the non-Romney candidates to stay in the race. As long as they are ALL IN, he can win with his 25 percent. What's the media's and more importantly, the other candidates' excuse?
