No, he took that comment from Republican President, Dwight Eisenhower, who was correct in his warning......he warned against the rise of the military and industrial complex.....
I just always wonder if people would like military from China or Russia stationed here.
Especially to bring their political views here by using drones to bomb people that disagree with them and accidentally killing many innocent civilians.
