The public opinion boost President Obama received after the killing of Osama bin Laden has dissipated, and Americans’ disapproval of how he is handling the nation’s economy and the deficit has reached new highs, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.
Romney actually leads obama with registered voters.
Quote:
Among all Americans, Obama and Romney are knotted at 47 percent each, and among registered voters, the former governor is numerically ahead, 49 percent to 46 percent.
About 6 in 10 disapprove of obama on the economy and deficit. Nearly 2/3 rds of Indies are unhappy with his handling of the economy.
These are horrible numbers for obama and if he thinks he can "reshape" his image on the economy, he's got another thing coming.
WaPo - Romney Ahead of Obama Among Registered Voters
Hmm, this election is getting interesting.
From the Washington Post - Among all Americans, Obama and Romney are knotted at 47 percent each, and among registered voters, the former governor is numerically ahead, 49 percent to 46 percent.
I want Obama to win in 2012, but I hope he goes up against a moderate, pragmatic Republican in case he loses. I wouldn't mind if Romney did win. The only thing I see holding Romney back is that he is Mormon and tea party movement people may try to run their own candidate because they view Romney as a liberal.
Good grief, the only difference between the two is the letter after their name.
