The number is actually higher..16,000 total. 8,000 full timers and 8,000 contractors and part-timers.

Some game numbers came in today regarding sales:
Nintendo Wii sold about 2 million
Microsoft XBox360 sold about 900,000
Sony PS3 sold 375,000

a friend of mine works for Sony, she is basically doing 2 ppls jobs right now to avoid the "cut"
