Looks like I closed out my WaMu account in the nick of time.
Had to use them for electronic payment of loans (both ARMs). Otherwise, don't care for them. Their online banking isn't as secure as BofA. They don't keep good records of deposits either. I requested for one copy and only got copy of deposit slip, but no copy of check that was deposited. BofA provides copies of both deposit slip and checks.
Then there's the ARMs. They should have known better than to make them so readily available for people who don't qualify. Especially for people who take advantage to buy multiple properties thinking they can make a profit but unable to keep up with the payments (thus defaulting).
