WaMu sued the FDIC for more than $13 billion, arguing that JPMorgan paid too little for its bank business and that more money should be available for creditors.

Calims and counter claims;nothig else as they want to investiagte. if so they are making alot of claims based on what they say needs investiagtion. With teh FDIC involved its just shareholders wcihing really.
