Florida’s Attorney General issued subpoenas to four companies Sunday, asking them to document the purchase price each paid for gasoline sold at their retail outlets in Florida.

Attorney General Bill McCollum issued the subpoenas after his office received more than 350 complaints about gas price gouging over a four-day period beginning Sept. 11.

Wish TN stations would get the same, we are paying over $4 a gallon still!
I have family south of Houston that just paid $3.69 there is NO reason for us to be paying $4 with oil at $92 a barrel.

Gas should not be as high as it is especially with the price of a barrel of oil now.Something is going on here & its dirty.

i don't understand all this. if the price is too high, don't buy gas there. last i checked this was a free country. the more i read stuff like this the more i'm convinced we're becoming a totalitarian state.
