So far i am losing the weight on weight watchers. I work midnight shift. Now my work is giving me an opportunity to switched to day shaft. They are in desperate need on day shift but the thing about it is the staff is some what annoying and rude. My plan is to lose this weight so I can either get in the military or law enforcement. I am on food terms with the supervisors. Plus the shift calls in alot.
So should I just go for it? the work is alot harder on dayshift anf crazy,

If you are asking if you can lose weight on WW the answer is yes. Its the sanest and safest way to lose weight. You may have issues working around your schedule, but if you are serious about losing weight I highly recommend WW.

Weight Watchers is a very, very flexible and easy plan. The weight loss will be slow but consistent - 1 to 2 pounds per week most likely, sometimes less and sometimes more.

Good luck!

hmmm, was that a Freudian slip - switch to day shaft?? Seriously, I hated working midnights, it is just crazy stressful and not normal, I tell you. If you switch are you locked into it or can you switch back? I don't think it will affect your WW stuff - you still have to eat you know. And BTW, there are plenty of rude people in law enforcement - so get ready

I thought this was a Freudian slip - "I am on food terms with the supervisors." LOL.

regardless if you work nights or days you will be able to do WW as long as you track what you eat and bring in healthy foods to eat. Just plan everything the day before.

Yes, you should be successful whatever shift you work. WW offers all sorts of tools and help for eating and work and all that.
