We don't recommend new town builder. They are terrible.
They make lot verbal promises and they screw people really BAD. Find another builder before they take your money and get a terrible house.

Thanks

We are building a New Town in Stapleton. We just were told today, as they are about to break ground that they will only provide brown (yuck) vinyl windows. We are not sure what to do, as that totally changes interior design options. Anyone have any suggestions? This is unreasonable and was never discussed prior, nor pictured in the model homes. Help!

I believe that the model homes have the brown windows as well. We have a New Town in Conservatory Green (Stapleton) with the brown windows, white casing/trim, and white blinds. We've never noticed it or been bothered by it. Overall, we're quite happy with the quality of the home.

My son just put a contract on a New Town home in Belle Creek that was build in 2002 or so. For a house that was built 15 years ago it was amazing how little the Inspectors found wrong with the house. Structurally it was all sound and the roof has no problems. The only things that needed attention were things the owners did not maintain as they should have and there was little of that. The houses in the neighborhood are going under contract very quickly these days. The only slow movers are houses that back to the highway. I am impressed with the neighborhood and design.
