I will be watching to see what happens. Per an email I got from Barclay Farms this week, they are still land lease. I saw some good buys on resales there, but that high monthly fee makes me hesitate.

I,ve been on there site to see if anything was posted about last nites,meeting,and vote.But nothing yet.Yes the monthy fee is a little high,but its still cheaper than taxed-out Jersey,And I love it there in Barclay Farms.Take Care,

Red face Barclay Downs Land for sale

I keep hearing the rumor that the owner of the Barclay Downs land is trying to sell it. Can Anyone tell me what is going on about that. My husband & I are very interested in some of the homes listed for sale, but are afraid to move forward.

It really is a nice community! If I were you, I'd call them and ask questions. That would be the most reliable thing to do.
