Is it reasonable to have a budget of 1200-1300 for a loft in downtown, uptown, Oak Lawn? I'm looking for something that would accomodate 1bd + office space, nothing too luxurious.

Thanks

Check the Dallas Condos and Lofts. I think I've seen some listed at reasonable prices. Rentals and vends.

$1200 - $1300 should be do-able for a 1BR loft Downtown. It might be a bit more in Uptown. You might also consider Deep Ellum for loft space. BTW, I sent you a DM.

Definitely doable in that price range. Live Oak Lofts (a condo building) has a couple of units available for rent. Send me a private message if you want more info (I live in the building).
