Excellent!!
I popped into Pearl Cup the other day and asked for a cortado - they didn't know what it was. The cortado at Cultivar is nothing buy the smallest perfection for a coffee drinker. Settled for a macchiato at Pearl Cup which was ok, but lacked the dense, micro foam that Cultivar excels with.
Oddfellows makes a great cortado as well, but I'm not in the OC as often.

Cortados are one of the most popular coffee drinks in my home country and I've been desperately hunting for one since december, so this really saved my year, first place I've found that know how to make it properly.

And not only that, but they roast and deliver some of my favorite coffees at a lower price than the coffee I buy at CM now? I'm sold! And a very happy man, so thanks again:-)
