Just moved to Flower Mound from Chicago. The OB I am seeing delivers at Flower Mound AND Lewsiville. Which do people prefer and why?

Thanks so much!

Post your question here and you will get some honest responses:

Pregnancy and Childbirth - DFW Area Moms

Flower Mound is new, so I'm not sure how much of a reputation they have at all yet. I haven't heard the best things about Lewisville Medical Center--especially in regard to C-Section rates.

If you are going for a natural birth, both aren't great options. If not, you'll probably be okay.

Also, are you a high-risk pregnancy? If so, you might look at NICUs. Looks like Lewisville Medical Center has a Level III and Flower Mound has a Level II (though they were looking at going to Level III and may have done so by now)

Just another thought
