Dinner:
4 slices of French baguette w/ garlic butter and I shared some mini veggie spring rolls with Miguel. I'm always amazed at what he eats. We let him taste everything so he can chose what he likes best. Obviously spring rolls are in the top 10 lol

My friend came over for a chat yesterday night. We had a few chips. Yum. Haven't had them in ages.

Happy Friday! Amazing! April is almost over! Looking forward for May! Windy and chilly here! It's like the beginning of Spring again. Weird weather.I have been busy, will take a little break in the Afternoon.

I am trying some French bread with eggs and cottage cheese.

I have a nervous stomach, have been eating but usually these days is rush rush,so need to slow down.

Good morning. I had a wonderful brunch a few minutes ago. We will be going shopping later. Our TV broke and we are having a contest to see which one can last longer without one. I think I will win that one. As my husband says, "The computer is your entertainment." Yes we only have one TV, but Mr. VA is talking about getting another one for the computer room. I think he is lonely watching it when I am in the other room. I have to get away from all that noise and am really enjoying the peace and quiet that I usually have to go outside to get.

Coffee and milk
Liver pudding sandwich (2 slices liver pudding in 2 slices whitewheat toast) I love liver pudding!
banana

At about 7 P. M.: Breaded Flounder fillet, hushpuppies and coleslaw with very little fat.
Coffee and milk and then another one with a chocolate peanut bar.
20 spice drops.
I plan to have another cup of coffee and milk and than hit the hay.

Morning on this first Sunday of May.

Yesterday was breakfast out on way to the casino. I had an omelet with chicken, peppers, onions, salsa.

Dinner I picked up some deli ham, hard salami, provolone and hoagie rolls, store mac salad.

Mr. L had a lucky day-me too as I broke even.

Breakfast was yog/fruit.
Lunch-chicken salad-no bread.
Dinner-either chicken cacciatore or chicken n dumplings.

Oh my, the word police has been here. Welcome opalminor. Hang loose and enjoy our classy little group.

I'm just hanging out today and stopped by to say, "Hello."

Diane, your English is just fine. The way I murder the English language, I can imagine what mistakes I could make with German. You have only confused me one time a year or so ago when you were talking about buying a new wardrobe and I thought you had bought all new clothes because you had lost weight. Besides you caught the word difference yourself. I actually thought it was neat talking "country" like that. You heah! lol

I don't know as I cannot remember ever tasting liverwurst. I thought it was just livermush but in this picture they have both livermush and liver pudding. My mother used to make livermush and it is very much like it but better in my opinion.

Neese's Sausage | Our Products (http://www.neesesausage.com/products/default.htm - broken link)

I bake mine in the oven and keep the fat down.

I love chicken and dumplings.
