Izzy, I don't always get back to finish here but we had a very nice Valentine's dinner out last night and finished it off with a horse and buggy ride. Salad, and a to die for seafood entree with a delicious red sauce. Finished the night off with some ice cream and rented a Richard Gere/Diane Lane movie. Very nice Valentines Day.

Very nice, Jeannie and what a nice photo. A real keeper.

Breakfast - my usual - wholegrain toast, raspberry jelly and a cup of tea

Lunch? Something small like a sandwich - going out to dinner with a friend this evening.

Hi Lacey!!

Hi all.

jeannie, thank you for sharing your beautiful family picture with us.

It was food prep day today. My DH and I are starting a "serious" diet tomorrow. I cut, chopped, measured and bagged all kinds of vegetables and snacks for us. It makes it so much easier when things are already pre measured.

Oven fried flounder for dinner.

Jeannie, you are looking good. Family doesn't look bad either. Does this mean you found your camera?

Dinner was fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast (It was huge.) cooked in the oven with a can of pineapple chunks.
